LE PREMIER JOUR as the controller, attaches great importance to the protection and respect of your privacy. Who are the recipients of the data we collect and why do we transmit this data to them?
1. Data transferred to public authorities and/or bodies
In accordance with the regulations in force, the Data may be transmitted to the competent authorities upon request, in particular to public bodies, judicial officers, ministerial officers, bodies responsible for the collection of claims, exclusively in order to meet legal obligations, as well as in the case of the search for offenders committed on the Internet.

The data collected and processed shall be transmitted to the members of the team, assistants, trainees and any internal service of the Society.
3. Data transferred to third parties
We can work in collaboration with third parties or consultants, self-entrepreneurs who can access your Data, including:
- Subcontractors that we use to perform computer services (database management, hosting, storage, maintenance, etc.), accounting or communication services;
- Agents, consultants, or any third party involved in the accompanying missions we offer.
We only transmit to these third parties the Data they need to perform their services, and we require them not to use your Data for other purposes. These third parties will act only in accordance with our instructions and will be contractually obliged to ensure a level of security and confidentiality of your Data identical to ours and to comply with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
Data retention period
Your Data shall not be retained beyond the time strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as set out in this Policy in accordance with the applicable Regulations and Laws.
In this regard, the Data used for the performance of the missions you entrust to us are kept throughout the contractual relationship and stored in accordance with the limitation periods. Your Data is deleted when the shelf life expires. Archiving implies that your Data will no longer be viewed online but will be extracted and stored on a standalone and secure medium.
Data used for prospecting and communication may be retained for up to 3 years from the end of the business relationship or the last contact of the prospect concerned.

Your data is stored and stored throughout their processing on servers located within the OVH host in Europe. It can also be collected to determine the city from which you connect.

Right to portability : you have the right to receive your personal data in a readable format and to require their transfer to the recipient of your choice.
Right to be forgotten : you have the right to demand that your personal data be deleted, and to prohibit any future collection.
Right to lodge a claim : at the CNIL in France, if you consider that the processing of your personal data constitutes a violation of the applicable texts.
Right of opposition : you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. However, we will be able to maintain their treatment despite this opposition, for legitimate reasons or the defence of rights in court.
The right to withdraw your consent at any time You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your Data when processing is based on your consent. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of treatment based on consent made prior to such withdrawal.
The right to give instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death You have the right to give us instructions regarding the use of your Data after your death.

Changes and application of the Privacy Policy
