Our Story

A strong conviction.

The first day was born of a strong conviction: the performance of any organization rests above all on the quality of management and leadership. In environments where uncertainty and complexity are constant, teams need incarnate leadership and robust management. To do this, managers, managers, leaders and collectives need space to step back, gain clarity and discernment in order to strengthen their ability to act.

The first day refers to this particular moment when evolution becomes possible: an awareness, a decision, a shift of sight, a new way of exercising its role.

The first day is also a nod to these words by Stephen Daho that evoke a momentum, a movement and the decision to move forward.

What drives us

Shared intentions.

Together, we help change individual postures, managerial practices and collective functionings in a concrete and sustainable way.

01

Management is a full-fledged business ; the role of the manager is decisive in team engagement and collective performance.

02

Coaching gains impact when it is anchored in reality, closer to the stakes experienced in the field.

03

Individual and collective are inseparable : changing a manager's posture opens up new possibilities for his team.

04

The quality of the relationship is not incidental ; It plays a direct role in cooperation and collective performance.
