A passionate & committed team working alongside you
A founding belief
Le premier jour was founded on a strong conviction: the performance of any organization depends first and foremost on the quality of its management and leadership. In environments shaped by constant uncertainty and complexity, performance relies on grounded leadership and strong management. Leaders, managers and teams are increasingly in need of time & space to gain perspective, develop greater clarity and judgement, and strengthen their ability to act.
Le premier jour refers to that particular moment when change becomes possible: a realization, a decision, a shift in perspective, a new way of stepping into one’s role.
The name is also a nod to French pop singer Étienne Daho’s words, evoking momentum, movement and the decision to move forward.
